These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mik4d platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered at mik4d.vip. By registering an account or using any mik4d service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Use of the mik4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:
To access mik4d's services, you must complete the registration process at mik4d Login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. mik4d reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. Where mik4d identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be closed immediately, all pending wagers voided, and all balances (including any winnings) forfeited without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify mik4d's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any outstanding real-money Wallet Balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
mik4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:
mik4d does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the name registered on your mik4d Account. Deposits from anonymous or unverified sources will be returned.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. mik4d reserves the right to impose individual transaction limits on specific accounts for risk-management or compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Indonesian public holidays. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically completed within two minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within five minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
mik4d may require you to complete KYC verification (see Clause 8) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding applicable internal thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts or payment methods that differ from those used for the corresponding deposit, unless prior written approval from mik4d's compliance team has been obtained.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mik4d are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x the bonus amount) will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus; any unfulfilled bonus and associated winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific game contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
mik4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), exploiting software errors, and colluding with other members. Where bonus abuse is detected, mik4d reserves the right to void all wagers placed, confiscate all associated winnings, and close the relevant account(s) without notice.
mik4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. The award of a bonus to one member does not oblige mik4d to award the same bonus to any other member.
All sports bets placed on the mik4d Sportsbook — including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, Piala AFF, badminton, MotoGP, and esports — are subject to the Sportsbook rules displayed on the relevant market pages. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, mik4d's decision shall be final. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets involving multiple selections are subject to all-leg-must-win rules unless specific boost terms apply.
All casino and slot games available on mik4d — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other licensed studios — are governed by the game rules embedded within each game. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface. All game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generators and cannot be influenced by mik4d or any Member.
Live dealer games streamed from licensed studios are subject to the rules presented by the dealer and displayed on-screen at the time of play. Internet connectivity issues on the Member's end that result in a disconnection during a live game round do not entitle the Member to a refund of the wager unless the game round itself was not completed due to a fault on mik4d's infrastructure.
mik4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or game parameters that were published due to a technical error, manifest pricing mistake, or software malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Wallet Balance. mik4d will not be liable for losses arising from a Member continuing to place bets after becoming aware of an error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mik4d Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all wagers, confiscation of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:
mik4d is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may require you to provide one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features:
mik4d aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases involving additional due diligence may take up to five business days. During the verification period, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
If a Member fails to provide the required verification documents within 30 days of a request, mik4d reserves the right to suspend the Account and restrict access to the Wallet Balance until the verification is completed or, in cases of suspected fraud, to close the Account and return the documented deposit amount (net of any bonus funds) to the Member's original deposit method.
mik4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
mik4d implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect Member data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, and mik4d cannot guarantee absolute security.
mik4d does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and law-enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mik4d's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mik4d shall not be liable for any of the following, even if foreseeable:
mik4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without notice, if mik4d reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members. In the event of termination for cause, mik4d may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure at your request, any real-money Wallet Balance (net of bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. mik4d operates as a Licensed and Regulated Internationally platform.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute-resolution process prescribed by mik4d's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
mik4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mik4d will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the address registered on their Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. mik4d recommends that Members review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.
